PART 1. OPERATIVE DENTISTRY II

1: Dental amalgam restorations.

1. Class I Restorations  with dental amalgam.

2. Class II Restorations with dental amalgam.

2: Direct and indirect restorations with aesthetic materials

3. Introduction to Esthetic Dentistry. Dental aesthetic parameters.

4. Class III restorations with composite resin.

5. Class IV restorations with composite resin.

6. Class V restorations with composite resin.

7. Indirect restorations I.

8. Indirect restorations II.

 

3: Tooth Whitening and halitosis

9. Vital and non-vital tooth whitening. Concept. Materials. Clinical application and results.

10. Halitosis. Definition. Etiology. Diagnosis. Treatment.

 

- PART 2. ENDODONTICS

1: Pulp and periapical pathology

11. Dentin Hypersensitivity.

12. Pulp and periapical pathology.

 

The following practical sessions are planned:

1. Cavity Preparation. Class I and II restorations with dental amalgam (2 sessions).

2. Class III restorations with composite resin (2 sessions).

3. Restorations of Class IV and V with composite resin (4 sessions).

4. Indirect Restorations in anterior and posterior teeth (3 sessions)

5. Restorations of natural teeth with resin composite (2 sessions).
